Fifty buildings which range in era from 1890 to 1920's set on 32 acres of bushland setting. Manned predominately by volunteers showing heritage craft skills, spinning, bush skills and a diesel and steam train operational. A general store and drapery, ANZAC room and mine museum add to the unique setting. 22 community groups utilise the site for meetings and to preserve old crafts and techniques. Our education program delivers curriculum based activities for children reflecting the time of federation.
