The Dax Centre exhibits art from the Cunningham Dax Collection, which contains only art from people who have a lived experience of mental Ill health or psychological trauma. The Dax Centre seeks to change community awareness of mental ill health by increasing understanding and creating empathy. To accompany the art The Dax Centre has developed several learning tools that share stories and experiences associated with the artists on display. Exhibition change regularly. educational tours are available on request through the website www.daxcentre.org.
